Sundance Consulting Inc. founded by Chris Edgelow, is a global leader in helping organizations change. The company has a rich history dating back to the early 70's when the founder developed adult education and leadership development programs and resources in outdoor education and social service settings.
Sundance Consulting Inc. began formally in 1986 to help organizations with strategic planning, leadership development, team building, communication and conflict resolution skills, organizational downsizing, and career renewal programs. The focus of the work soon narrowed to helping people and organizations change and hasn't wavered since.
To help organizations respond to some of the more challenging people issues associated with any complex change, throughout the 1990's our work focused on organizational transition when we worked closely with William Bridges.
At the turn of the century, Chris researched and developed a unique and holistic approach to leading organizational change. The Integrated Approach to Leading Change™ integrates Strategy, Change, Transition, and Communication. Chris has authored a series of booklets, workbooks, assessment tools and facilitator guides. He has developed and facilitated programs on navigating change, leading change, project teams leading change, executives leading change, communicating change and guiding change in a wide range of organizations around the world. A continually growing group of professionals and organizations are now qualified to use these principles and resources in their changing organizations.
Recently, Chris created a Blog and Learning Resources where he shares his most current thinking and resources. They are readily available in very cost effective ways to everyone who wants to increase their capacity for living with and leading change.

Chris Edgelow
For more than 35 years, Chris has consulted with a diverse range of organizations around the world in every sector of the economy, leading projects and facilitating programs in the area of leadership and changing organizations. He is a gifted facilitator and educator, and a dynamic, down-to-earth speaker. Chris has authored and published a number of articles, booklets, workbooks and facilitator guides on topics relating to helping organizations change.
Predominantly practical in his approach, he helps leaders and managers in organizations recognize and tell the truth about the challenges they are facing so they can begin the process of finding a way through the chaos of complex change. The focus of his work centers on helping people and organizations grow through change to create work places that provide dignity and meaning for the human spirit. Chris has taught at the University level and is a sought after conference speaker where he speaks on a variety of topics relating to the mystery and magic of people, organizations and change.
